The new Protruar series is here. Haswing has fundamentally redeveloped the popular Protruar, encompassing both engine technology and design. The motors are now available in several power levels (Protruar 1.0 with 600 watts at 12 volts / Protruar 2.0 with 960 watts at 24 volts / Protruar 3.0 with 1440 watts at 24 volts / Protruar 5.0 with 2520 watts at 24 volts). All motors feature a newly designed motor head with a 3-stage battery level indicator and an aluminum shaft 900mm long (Protruar 5.0 has 1000mm) that can be locked in 10 positions. The immersion depth is, of course, continuously adjustable. All motors are equipped with an extendable tiller that simply clips into the motor head.
The Protruar 1.0 models are equipped with brushless motors, featuring stepless speed control. The advantages of brushless technology lie in higher efficiency (more power with less consumption), low wear, and a longer lifespan compared to brushed electric motors. Thanks to the newly developed motor technology, both motors are significantly quieter than their predecessor and much more effective than brushed motors. The propeller sits directly on the motor shaft. The newly designed motor housing with an integrated aluminum fin is not only solidly built but also optimized for flow.
Recommended for boats up to 4m in length and maximum payload.

Delivery & Shipping
Unfortunately, shipping such large and heavy packages is quite expensive. We cover about 50-70% of the shipping costs, which range between 175 and 280 EUR!
We ship the goods on the next business day after payment is received from our warehouses in Austria and the USA. Shipping within the EU usually takes 2-4 business days with the parcel service DPD, and within Austria approximately 2 business days. For shipping to third countries, please send us an email so that we can offer the best shipping rate.
Warranty & Guarantee
Under the statutory warranty, we replaced all parts that were already present upon acceptance. This also includes those that only manifest at a later point in time.
If the product does not meet expectations, we must be informed immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt. A return will then be agreed upon with corresponding deductions depending on the degree of use. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer a 100% refund for goods that are no longer in their original packaging. We always strive for amicable solutions! Please also note that we cover 50% of the freight costs. This means that if a return shipment is made for non-urgent reasons, we can retain these costs.
If the return is made because defects caused by us affect the goods in such a way that they cannot be used as described, a 100% refund is a matter of course.
We provide a 3-year warranty for all parts that show corrosion, provided the boat is used and maintained as described here. Fabric coverings and inflatable floats are excluded from the warranty. These are considered wear parts.
